जापान के हिरोशिमा में G7 समिट के दौरान प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति जो बाइडन के बीच मुलाकात हुई। बैठक के दौरान जैसे ही बाइडन की नज़र मोदी पर पड़ी वो अपनी सीट पर बैठने की बजाय सीधे मोदी की तरफ बढ़े और उनके पास पहुँच कर उन्हें गले से लगा लिया। इस दौरान बाइडन ने मोदी की जमकर तारीफ़ की और उन्हें विश्वगुरु तक बता दिया
