The big problem with foldable phones (except price) has always been durability. We got to IP48 in the last couple years, but that wasn’t enough to ensure protection against dust and tiny particles (which are everywhere)! But now, the Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold is coming with full-blown IP68 – the first foldable phone to do so! This bold innovation by Google means that a foldable phone is now technically just as reliable and resilient as a regular phone. This is a big deal. Kudos to Google!
