The Palestinian militant group Hamas blamed “technical reasons” for the delay in providing a list of hostages to be freed under the first phase of the ceasefire deal. Times of Israel, citing Ynet news site, quoted a source in Hamas who added that the list will only come out after the approval of Muhammad Sinwar.
