Senator, there is disturbing news that Judge Hannah Dugan was arrested by federal officials courtroom and charged with obstruction for refusing to allow ICE to abduct someone from her courtroom. ICE did not have a valid bench warrant, and the judge was following the law.
This is extreme executive overreach and authoritarian intimidation of the judiciary by the Trump regime. I’m asking you to use your power and platform as a senator to demand the release of judge Dugan and to stop Pam Bondi and Trump from intimidating, the judiciary. Thanks for all you do.”
