President Donald Trump arrived in Switzerland to attend the World Economic Forum despite his flight being delayed by a mechanical issue.
Trump will speak to global business leaders and policymakers at 2:30 p.m. local time and plans to hold meetings with foreign leaders and attend a reception for business leaders.
Trump’s trip has been overshadowed by geopolitical crises sparked by his policies, including threats to make Greenland part of the US and establish a “Board of Peace” for Gaza.
