Study links coffee, healthy aging

A study on women in their 50s indicates that consuming one to three cups of caffeinated coffee daily is associated with a longer, healthier life. These women were more likely to age without major chronic diseases and maintained good cognitive, physical, and mental health over a 30-year follow-up period. The research findings are set to be submitted for peer review soon.
