Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev took Russian President Vladimir Putin on a tour of the capital city of Baku on Monday. Aliyev personally drove Putin around Baku’s so-called White City – a residential project still in development, and afterwards the two visited the Russian Orthodox Holy Myrrhbearers Cathedral.
Putin is on a two-day visit to the southern Caucasian neighbor to discuss what the Kremlin referred to as international and regional issues.
