The Ministry of Road Transport has issued new rules under the Motor Vehicle Act. As per the notification, if a driver violates traffic rules more than 5 times in a year, their Driving License (DL) will be cancelled. Vehicle owners will receive challan notifications within 3 days, and fines must be paid within 45 days.
