Fifth major aftershock of magnitude 5.7 hit the eastern region of Turkey on Tuesday. The death toll following a major 7.8 magnitude earthquake in Turkey and in neighbouring northwest Syria reached over 5,100 on Tuesday, while hundreds are still believed to be under the debris as rescuers dig through the rubble.
