Prime Minister Mark Carney arrived in Washington, D.C., on Monday afternoon, ahead of his first meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump to discuss trade between the two countries.
He was greeted at Joint Base Andrews by U.S. Acting Chief of Protocol Abby Jones, U.S. Col. Randall J. Heusser and Canadian ambassador to the U.S. Kirsten Hillman.
