The victims of the boat capsize incident off Tanjung Harapan, still missing as of now, are believed to have been test-driving a recently repaired boat when the incident happened yesterday afternoon.
Selangor Maritime Director Captain Abdul Muhaimin Muhammad Salleh said the boat departed from the Royal Selangor Yacht Club, Zone 14, Port Klang.
The victim had taken his family and friends out to sea to test the boat, which had previously broken down.
The missing individuals have been identified as Gan Hon Tat, 32, and his wife Careen Man, 29, from Klang Utama.
Search and rescue operations are ongoing, involving the Selangor Maritime Enforcement Agency and partner agencies.
