Parents of young children will need a prescription for liquid Tylenol and Advil due to a shortage in pharmacies, Toronto’s Hospital for Sick Children is warning. The hospital also recommends parents consider other forms of medication like chewable tablets. The shortage comes a month after the Ontario Pharmacists Association warned of heightened demand and supply chain constraints.
